Christy succeeded in the banking industry as she thrived as a Member Relations Specialist at Forum Credit Union for over 5 years. In 2018, Werner Financial was fortunate to gain Christy on their team, welcoming her as Director of Finance and Operations, where she is now responsible for defining, implementing, and revising operational policies and guidelines for all client accounts for the firm. Christy is focused on improving growth directives and creating content to improve client support services. Her strong work ethic, experience, and "second to none" effort for all the clientele of Werner Financial do not stop there. Her kind personality, aspiration to be the best, and overall pride in growing and protecting all of Werner Financial is what makes Christy the perfect fit for her position here. She enjoys spending her free time with her girls and her husband Roberto.

Born and raised in New Palestine, Indiana, she has returned to the Indianapolis area upon completion of her collegiate studies in order to pursue a professional career. Delani studied at the University of Tennessee and earned a degree in Marketing, as well as a secondary focus in Leadership. Immediately upon graduation, she was able to hone her skills wearing many hats at Innovative Pharmacy Solutions for 6 years where she continues to provide value with their Business Development.

Delani’s role at Werner Financial will position her to be a voice for the company as she will work to create constant communication with our current and potential clients. With our recent designation as an independent RIA firm, Delani is focused on growing the company, while more importantly, keeping our current Werner Financial family up to date on a constant basis on all aspects of the services we provide. Outside of the office, Delani loves to spend her time with her husband, Tyler and their dog, Cash.
